To be considered for wholesale benefits of Zen nomad for your store or on your website you will need to provide a Business Tax ID or resale number, two trade references and an initial minimum opening order of $800. Wholesale Purchasing

Payment Methods

A 50% deposit is required at the time of ordering and the remaining total plus shipping must be paid in full when order is ready to be shipped out. A 2% per day fee will be charged on any orders not paid for within two weeks of being ready for shipping. All orders must be paid via PayPal (or credit card through paypal) or bank transfer. All orders must be paid in full at the time of shipping.


It is understood that should the Buyer become delinquent in payment, after 14 days of shipping date, the Seller will charge the Buyer a past due service charge at the rate of 2% per day on outstanding balance , if balance is not paid within two months, the buyer forfeits their deposit and the goods ordered. It is understood that these charges are a reasonable estimation of the damages Seller will incur upon Buyer’s default.

Orders will ship via UPS ground or Canada Post Express unless otherwise arranged. Please allow for delivery time to your area. The price on the website is for the garment only. Shipping is an added cost, dependent on your order size. International orders will have the import costs on their end of the shipment. The cost of your shipping will be billed at the time of the shipment.

Terms & Conditions

If you are in any way dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to arrange for return or exchange authorization. You will be emailed a return and exchange form. Please fill it out completely and include it with any returned item. Refunds are credited with a credit towards your next order. Returns and exchanges cannot be accepted without prior authorization, must be received within 10 days of receipt of goods, and will be billed for shipping out and back. Product must be returned in its original condition. Product returned outside of its original packaging, worn, and otherwise sent back unsellable will be rejected and no credit issued. Exchanges are available (pending product availability), and credits may be used toward a future purchase.
